We are the one early childhood education organization that meets the total needs of each child, thereby ensuring that every child will have the same opportunity as his or her peers to succeed in school and life.

Our goals and objectives address the needs and demographics of families, promote the highest level of services possible, are culturally sensitive and ensure that families and children leave our programs with the desire to be lifelong learners and achievers. These free and low cost programs are offered to children aged 0-5 years within Tehama County.

Our programs are successful because our work is inclusive of not only children but everyone in the family system. Our program options are structured to provide comprehensive holistic services that truly make a difference in the lives of children and families.
