5 YEAR COMMUNITY ASSESSMENT
Every 5 years, NCCDI completes a Community Assessment and then updates it between years. In 2023, the new 5 year Community Assessment will be due. Please take a moment to complete our survey. The information that you submit is completely anonymous and it will help us determine how best to meet the needs of families with young children. The survey is available in English and Spanish.
